Residential Conveyancer | Senior Fee Earner| Private Practice A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join an established and growing team in an award winning firm. Firm This Legal 500 ranked, full service law firm is growing fast. Advising UK and international businesses alongside individuals, and providing long term support to their clients. Role As a Residential Conveyancer you will work alongside the Head of Department, you will manage the non new build team and also assist with the management and development of the department and team as a whole. Requirements You will be a Residential Conveyancer Fee Earner with 7 years PQE. A Solicitor, Licensed Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive with expertise in a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including shared ownership, team management experience and business development skills. In addition some experience of new build transactions is also desirable. You will have excellent technical skills and able to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision. You will have excellent interpersonal skills across all levels. You will be commercially aware and able to win new business. You will be professional, enthusiastic and personable.
