Overview
Due to continued growth, this award-winning firm is looking for an experienced remortgage conveyancer to join its dedicated and specialist department in Manchester. You will be joining a fast-paced and friendly team with up-to-date case management systems that support the smooth running of conveyancing matters. You will work alongside conveyancers/fee earners and be responsible for handling your own caseload of remortgage files (title checks, reviewing leases, handling registered and unregistered remortgage files and dealing with transfers of equity) from inception to completion. It is essential for you to have a minimum of 12 months' experience in handling your own caseload of remortgage matters and you should be able to demonstrate sound legal knowledge and technical skills.
