Overview
18 month FTC - Business Analyst - Up to £50,000 DOE - Southampton Your new company You will be joining a Global operating business in a growth and modernisation mode with plans to deliver an ambitious digital transformation strategy . They are immediately seeking a Business Analyst with strong software development life cycle knowledge and extensive experience around business change and IT projects. Your new role - You will be responsible for managing a digital transformation project. - Agile and Waterfall environment. - You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of the project whilst ensuring alignment with changing business requirements. - You will work closely with the projects team and stakeholders to review, study and understand current systems and processes in order to identify change and improvement. What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience leading a project. - PM experience is advantageous. - It is essential that you communicate to users and stakeholders including both business and technical colleagues to elicit information and confirm accuracy. - You will have experience and work confidently with cross functional business areas and 3rd party vendors in gathering and documenting requirements. - Full software development lifecycle knowledge. You Must be able to liase with 3rd party suppliers confidently, to discuss project requirement and document functional requirements, until it is fully signed off, then move to the Execution Phase to support the development and testing efforts.
