Description Key responsibilities include Provide support to secretaries, administrators and managers Extensive diary management Arranging internal/external meetings and travel arrangements Acting as a PA to several managers Mentoring of less experienced team members Managing holiday requests Assisting in appraisals for secretaries and administrators Profile Key skills Well organised and efficient Proven administrative experience preferable in a similar role Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Confident in the use of a range of IT systems including all Microsoft Office programmes Work well as part of a team and individually Job Offer Competitive Salary Pension cycle to work scheme
