Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities £30,000 - £32,000 Woking Compass Associates are working in partnership with a leading provider of quality care services, who operate across the UK, offering Residential and Supported Living services to young adults with varying levels of learning disabilities and mental health needs. Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a medium sized Supported Living service in the Woking area. We are looking for a highly skilled and strong manager to take the reins of this well run and consistent service that provides high quality care for young adults. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have worked in a Supported Living environment previously and have a positive, forward thinking and very approachable personality. They will have an excellent track record with CQC and have a desire to join and support a growing organisation. Requirements (Essential) NVQ Level 4 / 5 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent qualification Must have current Supported Living Managerial experience Excellent knowledge of CQC Strong background of working with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour or Autism Flexibility Summary My client is looking to pay £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Location This Service is commutable from Basingstoke, Guildford, Leatherhead, Farnborough and surrounding areas.
