C.£25K base, £45K OTE (uncapped) plus fully expensed company car. This position is a showroom based branch manager role and will entail leading a team helping customers to choose the perfect sofa or carpet for their home. You will ideally have direct sales experience in a competitive environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm. You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the drive to succeed. You will be able to lead from the front, personally driving sales and motivating your team to achieve targets and goals. Our client is open seven days a week so flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, is required.
