Office-Based - Annesley 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday on-call duties £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (including on-call duties) A Temporary Desk Manager role is demanding and diverse and involves: Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with social services, NHS, residential services and supported living Supporting the development of Recruitment Consultants Directly engaging candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including social media Actively headhunting, approaching and interviewing candidates Developing a network of candidates Placing candidates in both Permanent and Temporary positions Negotiating pay rates and contracts ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Healthcare Recruiting: 2 years within high-volume recruitment Strong Sales capabilities History of overachieving targets Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management, multitasking and organisation skills Knowledge of the recruitment industry and a willingness to learn and adhere to recruitment best practices Apply now
