Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a key client based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Analyst. This vacancy requires an Immediate Start and is ongoing. The client is currently undergoing a period of rapid growth and you will be dealing with the day to day support of our IT systems, responsible for handling, recording and resolving a wide range of support issues. Key Accountabilities: - Desktops, laptops and tablets user support for users spread over permanent sites and temporary sites Resolution of all incidents both remotely and face to face - Being a point of reference from initial contact through to problem resolution - Resolving issues as the first point of contact whenever possible - Hardware build, configuration and deployment - Experience with Windows 7, 8 and 10 support - Experience with Office 2010 and 2017 support - Providing Network Printer Support - Giving Microsoft Office 365 support and administration including User account management, SharePoint support and Lync configuration and support - Providing user account setup and administration - Deployment and management of mobile and fixed telephony including hardware configuration and user access and permission management Requirements: - Excellent time management - Ability to work to deadlines - Team player, with the ability to work in a standalone environment - Full driving license Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
