Media Payables Executive: Media Agency A global, leading Media Agency is looking for a Media Payables Executive to join their team on an ongoing basis. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and fast-paced role working with a very close-knit finance team. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with longer-term potential. Media Payables Executive: The Role Managing a portfolio of accounts Processing a large number of invoices on Media Ocean / DDS Working with suppliers to resolve queries Accounts payable reconciliations Processing supplier statements Processing BACS payments Liaising and working closely with Accounts Payable team Media Payables Executive: The Person Must have prior accounts payable experience Experience working in media planning and buying Experience with DDS Mediaocean Proactive, organised and enjoys a busy working day Immediately available or on short notice Due to the large number of applicants we receive from web-based job advertisements it is the policy of REDHAT only to contact candidates that have the relevant skill set for our current portfolio of clients.
