DYNAMIC DEPUTY MANAGER (RGN/RMN) £38000 to £42000 PER ANNUM (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE) SOUTH CROYDON, SURREY Our client seeks an experienced Dynamic Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN). The home is a well established care home located in a quiet residential area in South Croydon, Surrey. They provide nursing care for the elderly and frail, specialising in Dementia and Mental Health care. The Home is proud to have been one of the first care homes to be certified as having completed the National Gold Standards Framework (GSF) Programme. Exciting opportunity for a versatile Dynamic Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) with good clinical experience, must be organised and self-motivated, must have some experience of knowledge of CQC Policies & Procedures, preferably computer literate. Ability to run a shift, write Care Plans, manage & motivate Care Staff, do Audits, Risk Assessments, plus deputise for the Manager when needed. Previous experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital is an advantage.
