Unit Nurse Manager - Nursing Home £1500 Bonus Location : Aberdare, South Wales . Position: Unit Manager Care Categories: Dementia & Old Age Service: General and mental health care in older Adults Resident Admission Age: 18 years Salary: £16.83 per hour (£33,600 per annum) - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities Benefits: Paid PIN and DBS £1500 Bonus Hours: Full time 38.5 Hours Shifts: Days shifts Contract type: Permanent Paid NMC PIN renewal, we cover your annual registration fee £120 Paid PDBS Check £1500 Bonus Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced nurse RGN, RMN or RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Aberdare, South Wales . is a welcoming care home that provides specialist memory care for older people living with dementia who have nursing, complex or challenging needs. Role: As the Unit manager you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the very best level of care. You will take responsibility for all aspects of care within the home, whilst promoting our key values of choice, dignity and respect.
