Staff Nurse - Nursing Home - Dementia Care Location : Ayr, Ayrshire Position: Staff Nurse - RN, adult nurse, mental health nurse, learning disability nurse Care Categories: Nursing Dementia & memory care Resident Admission Age: 65 years Salary: £15.45 per hour £26,500 (Based on 33 hours) Top Benefits: Paid NMC pin & PVG check Hours: Full time hours or Part time hours depending on preference (22 hours, 33 hours and/or 44 hours options available) Shifts: Days shifts or Night shifts or a mixture of both 8/8 start and finish times Contract type: Permanent Paid NMC PIN renewal, we cover your annual registration fee Paid PVG Check 9.5/10 rated on carehome.co.uk Good standard of accommodation, kept clean. Would recommend Further Details: Are you highly motivated nurse either newly qualified or experienced RN, adult nurse RNG, mental health nurse RMN, learning disability nurse RNLD to work within our service located Ayr, Ayrshire . Our Home provides an ideal environment for older people who are looking for nursing care and memory care for those living with dementia . All care plans are individualised for each residents' needs, with the team experienced in many differing nursing challenges, including respite, convalescence and palliative care . The care team are also experienced in care provision for people with Parkinson's disease . The extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that loved ones require. All staff are caring and jolly with the biggest hearts, every member of the team is affectionate understanding all Residents and their individual needs Meet the manager: As a Registered Nurse, the manager has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents. The home can be very accommodating with shifts offering full time and part time, days and nights depending on your preference, the home can also look at fixed shifts in certain circumstances and shifts are usually start 8/8. Salaries are usually higher than NHS and can be negotiable dependant on experience offering up to £26,500 Newly Qualified Nurses: We have a fantastic in-house training and Development programme that has been approved by the NHS, which means high levels of support.
