Support Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with confident IT skills and good customer service skills to join a team in Sawston as a Support Engineer. This is a really friendly, bright team, who will be able to offer you some great benefits as well as a competitive salary. The purpose of the role is to provide inbound phone support for customers. You'll need to have an excellent customer service focus and be able to identify and resolve technical issues, provide implementation assistance, workarounds and solutions via telephone, remote support and email.
