Cyber Incident Response Specialist - CERT/CSIRT/DFIR - Hounslow - Permanent Outsource UKs Cyber team are looking for a Cyber Incident Response Specialist to work on a permanent basis for a technology customer. This role is an internal end user opportunity. Responsibilities Incident Response Investigation - Forensic, technical, root cause analysis and incident response to defeat cyber-attacks and reduce risk. Recommendation of containment, remediation and recovery activities. Work extensively with all our (internal) Customers being part of a global cyber security team to counter cyber-attacks Contribute to the development of an intelligence-led framework to protect the client globally against risk including advanced malware and attacks (APTs). Skills and Experience Technical investigation of cyber-attacks. Leading the technical response to sensitive cyber forensic investigations. Forensic investigation of Windows, Linux, Unix, macOS operating systems. Knowledge of Malware examination and scripting. Experience in the identification of IoCs and creation of signatures to identify the same using Yara or OpenIOC. Experience of dealing with and querying log data and large data sources. Ideally you will hold a relevant qualification in cyber security such as GIAC - GCIH/GCFA/GREM/GNFA or CREST - CIA/CNIA/CHIA/CMRE Outsource UK's Cyber team is CERIS approved, meaning we are independently audited as Ethical Cyber Recruiters by CREST.
