In this role, you will be acting for an array of defendant clients which will include major insurers. You will be running a full caseload as well as assisting on large, group product liability claims, such as those with an international element. Cases will cover defective medical devices, pharmaceutical claims, electrical goods and industrial equipment. You will need to be a qualified solicitor, with experience in defendant product liability claims which may have been gained as part of a wider defendant caseload such as personal injury or property damage.
