CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - AUTOMOTIVE COLD MEECE, STAFFORDSHIRE £18,000 BONUS Get Recruited are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Client's experienced Client Services Team. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining a busy, varied team and will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact whilst updating records. If you are from a customer service, client coordinator, telesales, sales, administrator background and are seeking the opportunity to join a highly successful organisation who offer excellent opportunities for progression, send your CV in for immediate consideration THE ROLE As the Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries Act as a key player in the vehicle estimates in order to ensure a smooth operational process Process the upgrade and downgrade of vehicles in accordance with customer requirements Liaise with partners in order to establish the best routes of repair Monitor vendor quotes and ensure accurate pricing Maintenance of accurate customer reports and information Monitor vehicles within the repair environment and ensure they are processed quickly and to required standard adhering to stock age profiles Monitor outstanding queries and take relevant action Administrative support and ad hoc duties as require Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health and safety and ISO THE PERSON: At least 1 years' experience within a customer service, client coordinator, client solutions, account manager, telesales, sales, administrator role is essential Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential Experience communicating with customers, via telephone and email in a professional and proficient manner Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail A positive and amenable character in challenging situations An excellent team player but also able to use initiative and work alone Experience in Transport planning desirable Knowledge of Navision would be advantageous but not essential THE BENEFITS: £18,000 basic salary Bonus scheme 30 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) Benefits and reward scheme - discounts from 100s of top retailers (reloadable discount card, instant vouchers, cash back) Progression opportunities TO APPLY: Shortlisting is taking place for this role soon so please send your CV in for immediate consideration Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
