Overview

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Structural Engineer to join one of London's most prestigious and established consultancies. As a Structural engineer within the business, you will work on a range of projects including commercial, retail, education and residential. The business has a reputation for developing their structural engineer's and they are keen to find someone on the route to chartership that they can support and help progress. As a structural engineer you will have the following responsibilities: Prepare design calculations and drawings as well as structural analysis Be comfortable in front of clients Support all phases of the project, from concept through to completion Work closely with colleagues but also an ability to take on tasks independently As the structural engineer you have the following experience At least degree qualified in structural or civil engineering Previous experience within the UK market as a structural engineer, ideally on commercial / residential / retail / education projects Experience of using SCIA Engineer , Tekla or Tedds would be highly beneficial, but other software experience with a mind set to learn new packages is still considered A can do attitude with someone keen to learn and progress their career Excellent written and verbal communication skills
