Overview

As a customer service advisor based in the head office, you will have previous experience of working in a contact centre or a customer service team based in a head office. You will have demonstrable knowledge and/or experience with troubleshooting or helping customers on the phone taking them through processes step by step. This FTSE 250 company is in search of Customer Service Advisors to join the Smart Energy Operations team based in their head office in North London. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and will demonstrate the ability to take ownership of all types of issues and provide an effective resolution and advice.
