Overview
Skills: Oracle EBS, Oracle EBS Expert, Oracle EBS Consultant, Oracle Payroll, SQL, Workday Our leading Financial Services client requires an Oracle EBS Consultant for an initial 3 month contract engagement to be based onsite in Coventry. They are looking for an individual with significant experience of Oracle E-business Suite to support specific elements of our migration from Oracle E-business Suite to Workday. Previous experience within Financial Services is desirable along with any exposure to Workday. They must be available immediately as we’re looking for a start date of early February (allowing for referencing etc). The project is now moving into a critical phase where critical activities such as data migration, payroll configuration and integration development are about to commence. The role will not be directly responsible for these activities and related deliverables. Alternatively the role is required to provide advice & guidance to the existing project team on these critical areas and minimise any/all related risks. Activities: Support analysis and documentation of existing Oracle Payroll Fast Formula Support analysis and documentation of existing Oracle EBS customisations Support development of SQL scripts to aid migration of complex data items such as Job History & Payroll YTD/Cumulative balances. Support in the development of a ‘turn-key’ data extraction process from Oracle EBS to support transition to Workday. Input into decommissioning process for HR & Payroll data on Oracle EBS. (i.e. skinny HR record to support continued use of Oracle EBS Financials) Attendance of Project Team & other meetings as required.
