We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hit our aggressive milestones for hiring new heads, in Derby, London, Manchester and across new offices in the UK. Reporting into the People Director, you will be joining an award-winning recruitment consultancy that has experienced exceptional growth from start up to a £12m business in just 6 years. Responsibilities: You will take responsibility for recruiting high performing teams of Technology Recruitment consultants and support staff across the UK. Full end to end recruitment including role planning, advertising, candidate attraction, sourcing, pre-screening, and onboarding. Building relationships with key university contacts including careers departments, and business schools. Building candidate talent pools. Networking and building relationships with immediate and future recruitment prospects Planning, Managing and attending key recruitment events across the UK, including graduate recruitment fairs Writing and managing advertising across all recruitment mediums, job boards, LinkedIn etc. Arranging interviews and supporting interviews where appropriate Following up with candidates post events, pre-screening, arranging interviews and feedback as appropriate Arranging all onboarding and training of candidates Tracking and updating the recruitment database Providing management MI to the leadership team What are we looking for?
