Bradwell House is a residential service for adults aged 24-60 with learning disabilities, epilepsy, visual impairments, and behavioural and emotional difficulties. The service aims to support individuals to realise their potential through trying new things, developing new skills and finding out their personal likes and preferences. We support people in an active way, supporting them to be as independent as possible and to take part in various leisure activities that can increase confidence and enrich people’s lives. What experience do you need? You don’t need to have experience to be a good Support Worker. If you are caring, kind and want to work in a job that is genuinely rewarding, this is for you. You’ll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions. A basic level of English and Math is also required.
