Housing Officer / Anti Social Behaviour Officer Your new company Hays are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer / Anti Social Behaviour Officer on a temporary ongoing basis for a Housing Association based in the Staffs area Your new role Your new role will be acting as Housing Officer / Anti Social Behaviour Officer for the business. Duties will be ensuring tenants adhere to the terms and conditions and behavioural policies as detailed in tenancy agreements. You may also be required to deal with all Housing and Property related matters and taking potential anti-social behaviour matters through to court where necessary. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for the role, you must have proven experienced working in a similar role, in addition to a driving license and clear DBS. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a temporary contract with an immediate start, paying up to £15 per hour if through a Ltd or Umbrella company.
