Our office is based in London SE24, but your carers are based in the Eastbourne ( East Sussex ) area, so we would expect you to live locally to this location, as there are plans to open a small satellite office at some point. The ideal candidate will share our passion and commitment in providing excellence in the quality placements we provide for the children and young people in our care. Supervising Social Workers are responsible for managing foster resources in an allocated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, assessing, supervising, training and supporting foster carers and their placement's. Your primary responsibility will be providing quality and professional services by supervising and supporting allocated foster carers and their placements.
