Salaried GP (View to Partnership) £11,000 per session, Portsmouth Fantastic, well supportive and friendly practice seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join their close knit team in Portsmouth . The practice are offering a very lucrative package including annual leave, Study Leave and offering a view to partnership if desired Key benefits: £11,000 per session (negotiable depending on experience) Full indemnity cover 6 weeks annual leave 1 week study leave View to partnership if desired Great opportunities to enhance skills and develop special interests NHS Pension contribution Breakdown of the practice: 15,400 Patients 5 Partners 4 Salaried GP’s Ad hoc locums to cover sickness and holidays Full supporting and highly trained nursing team (including ANP’s, HCA’s and Prescriber) Full supporting and friendly admin team in place On site pharmacist EMIS web clinical systems On site Practice Manager and Deputy Practice Manager Minor surgery, joint injections and contraception clinics on site Training and Teaching Practice Monthly clinical meetings View to partnership if desired High QOF achievement Typical set up of the GP’s day: 15 patients in the morning 15 patients in the afternoon Time allocated f or admin On call rota shared amongst the team Very minimal home visits During the Covid - 19 outbreak the practices Medmatch are working with will be running a triage model – face to face consultations will be very rare and may be non-existent in most cases.
