Daytime Healthcare are working alongside a national Mental Health Care provider who are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurse's to join their team As the Mental Health Nurse you will undertake and manage direct patient care, partaking fully in assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Supporting and supervising new or junior staff. Deputising in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as required. Adopt a systemic and individual approach to all patient care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, making sure that all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date. Requirements: Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid/ up to date NMC Pin.
