The successful Year 1 Teacher / NQT will have a good and recent understanding of the curriculum; it is important for the school that they meet a Year 1 Teacher / NQT who can continue the high standards and expectations of the school. The school are very keen to meet a Year 1 Teacher / NQT who can demonstrate effective classroom practice with high expectations for pupil achievement.
