Platform Controls Administrator

Through growth and with our client having a Recruitment drive to add to their support teams, we are seeking Platform Controls Administrators for full-time positions in Horsham. Our client are highly reputable and power bespoke wealth management and technology solutions for discretionary fund managers, national financial advisers and networks. Working as Platform Controls Administrator you will be expected to provide support to all areas of the Platforms Controls team with key activities and responsibilities including: • Understanding and completing multiple processes across the control function • Contribute and feedback in team meetings • Cross-trained for multiple functions/Administration processes to support multiple areas of the business • Gain and maintain a good understanding of Platforms within the Financial Services market • Follow procedures and instructions in order to ensure good client outcomes • Source answers and think logically to find solutions • Review data to ensure accuracy • Picking up control failures and initiate corrective action where applicable to ensure timely and accurate completion of activity To be considered for the role, you will have experience working within in Financial Services, preferably for a Platform provider. You will be educated to A-level or equivalent and have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, including verbal and written. It is also essential you have knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel.
