Overview
A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced care fee earner in Manchester. We are working with a significant law firm, that is very committed to the care sector, who are looking to grow their offering in Manchester. This role would suit a legal executive with at least 5 years fee earning experience. This opportunity is with a sizeable firm who are financially secure and currently investing in the business to ensure their continued growth. As such, this is an exciting time to be joining, especially if you are interested in supporting the development of a firm. As a care fee earner, you will be given the correct tools in order to do your job properly and the working environment to make it most enjoyable. You will also have a healthy work-life balance as well as your own work phone and laptop to improve efficient working. You are expected to hit your targets, but you aren't micro-managed, so you will have plenty of autonomy. In addition, there are genuine progression opportunities available. The ideal care fee earner will be accredited and on the relevant panels, whilst also having extensive experience in care work and it would be beneficial to have some management experience.
