The job As Customer Service Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for incoming customer orders plus assist with efficiently maintaining documentation throughout the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in multiple areas of the business in this varied role. Your duties will include sales order processing for customers ensuring all information is accurate, data entry of sales orders into Excel and Sage 200, booking deliveries via phone, email or web portals, emailing customers to confirm orders received, answering order queries, updating pick figures on a daily basis for major supermarkets and managing stock levels and stock replenishment in depots. Your experience The role would suit an individual with a calm and diplomatic nature who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will have solid administration, order processing or customer service experience, most ideally within a food manufacturing business. You will have a confident telephone manner, have excellent communication skills and be IT literate including intermediate Excel. More details The Customer Services Administrator job is based in the Home Counties / East Anglia region and is paying £19,000 - £21,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30 am – 4.30 pm. You may also be required to work up to 15 Saturday shifts per year. The job is a 6 month contract position.
