Overview

Acorn is working in partnership with Aldi and have secured many positions throughout many areas. We are looking to recruit Stock Assistants to assist their stores in what is a very busy time. Stock Assistants: Assists the Store Manager with feedback on products. Informs their leader about issues affecting health and safety and due diligence policies. Understands the importance of inventory control and strives to minimise all areas of stock loss. Ensures the highest standard of customer service aiding customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Deals with customer complaints The Stock Assistant Actions Understands the importance of inventory control and strives to minimise all areas of stock loss. Ensures the highest standard of customer service aiding customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Deals with customer complaints in a polite and friendly manner referring unresolved issues to their leader. Has detailed knowledge of the product range and store layout. Accurately checks off deliveries. Rotates stock in accordance with Company guidelines. Merchandises stock efficiently in all areas of the store ensuring the highest standard of care in the handling, storage and presentation of products. Records all wastage Working Hours from 05.00 - 21.00 candidates must be flexible Start Date - Saturday 21st March Pay rate £9.30 p/h 6 - 10 hours shifts Up to 48 per week
