My client based in the Worcestershire area is looking to recruit an ERP Software Consultant on a Permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company that is passionate about its clients and the service they offer. The role will involve a variety of software management tasks where you will have a background in implementation, support and training of accounting systems. You will provide end user support and troubleshooting to performing system admin tasks, system upgrades and installing patches. This work can be over the phone, remote links or site visits so strong customer service skills are essential.The main responsibilities for the role include- 1st and 2nd line support - ensuring a speedy response to queries as they come in, escalating where necessary - managing projects - implementing ERP systems - providing training as requiredAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- experience in 1st and 2nd line application support - Previous experience with ERP Software - good knowledge of accounting practices - understanding of wider financial environments incl.
