A very exciting opportunity has arisen within our fast paced, ever growing team and we are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager. Reporting into the Commercial Director – Aftermarket the Client Services Manager will manage all Aftermarket activity on behalf of the client – including management of their third-party suppliers. The Client Services Manager will also be responsible for developing long-term relationships with new and existing contacts. Our client lives to deliver on our client’s instore brand experiences. We’ve worked hard to be able to keep that promise, working hand in hand with some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands to deliver seamless instore marketing campaigns for the last 40 years. Key Accountabilities: Account Planning Sales forecast Added value Analysis Training - Facilitate training sessions at client sales conferences or third party training days Day to day activities - Ensure the day to day Aftermarket activity is on behalf of the client – including project management of their third-party suppliers Essential skills or experience: Proven ability to raise the bar of client expectations Proven experience of managing successful relationships within a client facing business Client Facing Experience Excellent written and presentation skills Client centric – fanatical about delivering exceptional client service Have the ability to work to ever changing deadlines Team player Detailed and methodical Confident communicator Process orientated and results driven Ability to interpret data into key points Recognising and acting on new commercial opportunities Sales team relationship management Full driving licence.
