We are currently supporting a growing business to recruit a really exciting Quality Compliance Officer with a strong operational background to join them, working closely with the site leadership team. The business: You will enjoy working in a business that has developed a strong brand within the industry and as a result you will play a leading role as a "quality and compliance champion" on site, supporting the site manager to maintain high standards. They supply products to a wide range of industries and have continually invested into the business to ensure they are the forefront of the industry. This is a highly regulated environment and as such, it is important that the successful person coming on board has experience in regulated industries. There is a great opportunity long term to really make your mark within this company, especially as you will be working with the wider operations team. The business views Compliance and Quality as a central part of their strategy, so you will have the support of a number of key stakeholders. The key responsibilities for the Quality and Compliance Officer will involve: Leading root cause analysis of product complaints and service deviations Working closely with the Plant Manager and operations team to ensure stringent operational procedures are in place, adhered to and followed. Carrying out risk assessments and also training for staff on site. Hosting both internal audits as well as external audits of customers. Ensure compliance with ISO standards Be a key point of contact for customers to ensure quality compliance is well maintained. ??????? The ideal candidate for the Quality and Compliance Officer role will have the following background: A strong Quality and Compliance background within a highly regulated industry. Ideally have worked in a similar role in either the Chemical, Refinery, Water, Oil & Gas or related industries. Have an operational background and an interest in working very closely with site leadership teams. Good knowledge of ISO standards. Auditing experience A people person, who enjoys working with stakeholders across various functions in a business to drive cultural change.
