Residential Conveyancer

A Conveyancing Fee Earner with previous experience managing a residential sale and purchase caseload is wanted for an exciting opportunity with a leading national law firm for their Stockton-on-tees office. Applications are invited from qualified and part-qualified Licensed Conveyancers, Residential Conveyancing/Legal Executives and Paralegals or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners who have managed their own mixed transactional case load and a healthy billing per month. Having worked closely with this client I know first hand how driven, busy, friendly and reputable they are in the marketplace nationally. This is a leading, multi award winning and SRA recognised firm. Applications are invited from ambitious Residential Conveyancing Fee earners looking to make a first or second move and secure more autonomy in the day to day. On offer is a competitive salary which is negotiable and dependent on experience. The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will work closely with a Partner and full training and support will be provided. There is lots scope for progression and professional development. The successful candidate will possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transactions. The work is mid - high value and is of a very good quality given the firms size. They benefit from a number of repeat referrals due to their high client satisfaction and are keen to continue to develop this further. This is where you come in, you will be responsible for pushing the firm forward even further, building relationships with national estate agents & referrers to push past the competition and take the firm to the next level.
