Overview
SQL Developer - Salford Quays Based near Salford Quays, my client is looking for a SQL Developer to maintain reports to provide KPI's and support business needs with the use of SQL, SSRS and Power Bi to achieve the goals of the organisation. We are looking for a hands-on SQL Developer to create and maintain the database, helping shape the design of the database platform. Key Skills: Expert knowledge of SQL Server 2016 SSRS/SSIS Power Bi Microsoft Dynamics (desirable) SharePoint (desireable) Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills Strong problem-solving abilities The roles and responsibility of the role will be to develop and maintain a suit of reports, providing data whilst supporting day-to-day business needs. The official working hours of the position are 9am - 5pm. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide KPI data with daily tasks utilising SQL, SSRS and Power Bi Establishing an interface between partnering companies Developing interfaces between computer systems Developing and maintaining a texting service between partnering companies containing customer information Developing and suggesting use of new products Liaising with stakeholders and suppliers in the development of databases and efficient data interchange procedures Flexible working when required Participating in the development of digital services This is a great opportunity for a developer to make a real difference in a close-knit team as you will be making timely decisions which are in the best interest of the organisation.
