Overview
Residential support worker needed on adhoc basis at multiple homes in Solihull. Your new company The organisation I am working have multiple homes based in the Soilhull area who are looking for children's support workers with behavioural experience and are looking for people to pick up shifts on a variety of shift patterns. Your new role You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with children and young people, providing day to day support, motivation, promoting living skills and engagement to develop and meet individual detailed care plans in conjunction with multi agency colleagues. What you'll need to succeed My clients do require you to have a Level 3 Health and Social Care - Children and Young People and experience working in a children's residential setting.
