Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is exclusively recruiting for a market leading organisation in Sheffield, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic French speaking Customer Support Representative. This role would ideally suit an experienced Customer Service Executive who has experience with handling inbound and outbound calls, account management and quoting for bespoke works. It is ESSENTIAL that the ideal candidate be either of NATIVE or FLUENT proficient in written and spoken language. Duties & Responsibilities include: - Inbound and outbound calls from international Clients - Quoting for bespoke works to be completed - Providing product knowledge - Query Management - Database Administration - Translating Documents - Liaising with production to ensure products are dispatched in a timely manner Key Skills Required: - Native or Fluent proficiency in the Language (ESSENTIAL) - Fluent in English (ESSENTIAL) - Experience with Inbound and Outbound calling - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Experience with CRM systems - Good MS Office experience/skills Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Administrators to Senior Office Managers throughout Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
