Our client is looking to recruit a Financial Director to assist in their long term plans; this is a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Director who is experienced in taking a business to the next level; whether that be an MBO or to grow the company to the next level The absolute key requirement for this position is experience of an FMCG business, with extensive knowledge of International Trade. As Financial Director you will become a part of a dynamic, highly focused management team, it will be expected that you have a broad range of financial skills including forecasting, budgeting, profit and loss etc but in addition: Essential experience required for the role of Financial Director: FMCG experience an absolute essential Operating in an International Trade environment an absolute essential Letters of Credit Management and knowledge of loans against imports Foreign Exchange Currency management Strong IT skills, SAP ideally People management and mentoring experience essential Experience of MBO/MBI/PE is extremely valuable Experience of taking a business from an SME to a national/international brand This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, entrepreneurial , commercially focused and passionate FD who is looking for a role where they can truly make an impact
