Are you a recruitment consultant looking for change? Our client is looking to hire an Account Manager based in Southampton, who will be specialising in Technology recruitment (European market) The Role: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the operations and services provided to your allocated accounts, and you are the first point of contact for professionals and clients working within various verticals across the European technology market. You will need to ensure that the needs and expectations of your international clients and professionals are not only satisfied but exceeded. This role would be suitable for an individual that wants to move away from the sales aspect of recruitment . Typically, your day will include: Placing high level professionals within the technology sector exclusively into clients based in Europe. Search and selection of professionals working within the Technology sector, supported by the administrative team Establish productive, professional relationships with European clients in the assigned customer accounts Dealing with a variety of requests from your employee and accounts Organising and booking travel across Europe Communicating with all employees and client accounts on a weekly basis to ensure service agreements The Ideal Candidate: You will be an individual who is commercially focused, with a proven track record in Recruitment, ideally within the tech, engineering or oil & gas sectors. You will have a good attention to detail whilst being able to review and amend complex contractual and operational documents. The preferred candidate will pride themselves on providing excellent customer service, and be fully competent at negotiating and communicating with a high level of professionalism. You should be educated to degree level, or have the ability to perform at this level by experience.
