This leading home furnishing brand is currently looking to recruit a Employee Relations Manager to join their team, in Essex. First established over 30 years ago, they are a well trusted name on the UK high street who also have international success in the rest of Europe. They provide anything from beds to carpets and flooring, all while attaining an excellent customer service review from Trust pilot. With over 3,000 employees across the UK your new role as the ER manager will be about promoting a positive ER culture by ensuring that the colleagues within the business are treated fairly and consistently, in line with the company polices, whilst managing and advising your team of three. You will also be reporting into the HR director for the brand and dealing with the most senior of cases.
