Overview

Role Purpose: The main feature of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business Unit. Understanding, anticipating and delivering to customer needs, achieving results within quality and time constraints. Responsibilities: Support Service Manager supplier champions with supplier champion role activities Ownership of all open, sub contracted jobs from attendance through to completion Interface with Helpdesk and Contract Support colleagues to support meeting SLA deadlines on all sub contracted jobs Capture all supplier uplifts / actions for first time fix jobs up to £500 Responsible for monitoring and maintaining open purchase orders for sub contracted jobs performing regular reviews of data Own quality of supplier updates on SI7 and VAWs from attendance through to completion (along with CS and CEM colleagues) Improve supplier system usage (along with CS and CEM colleagues) PPM related remedials and recommendations (Compliance Team decide if they work is required, whether chargeable or not and raise web quote then hand to this role to chase to completion). Raising purchase orders for these works up to £500. Supporting suppliers with VAWS access, locks outs, updates and on-going training. Supplier performance report - review previous day SLA failures and validate vs supplier SLAs - update SI7 response times or validate genuine failures and update SI7 to reflect. Flag escalations to procurement on poor performance from suppliers. - Be the first point of contact for suppliers chasing call out POs and invoice queries - to then escalate as appropriate. Note, once we reach BAU only Onboarding of new sub contractors on the processes and ways of working Support procurement with raising the annual MA orders at contract anniversary. Undertake any duties as requested by the Contract Manager, Lead Contract Support, or Finance & Contract Support Manager Promote and maintain company culture throughout the team Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers Assistance with preparation of monthly contract review reports Familiar with daily operations and the specific scope of the contract
