Trainee Mortgage Advisor

My client, a mortgage broker that works with a leading estate agent are currently recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. They are offering a handful of positions and require people to start ASAP. They are looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor with the following experience; CeMAP qualified (at least CeMAP 1) the rest can be paid for and covered by the company directly. Experience in a sales environment would be ideal but a 'want' to get into the mortgage sector with good overall working experience is fine. To become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor you must be able to; Work to deadlines Be self-motivating Trainee Mortgage Advisor role duties; You will go in as a Mortgage Introducer initially which will involve you; Conducting fact finds and doing affordability checks Taking inbound calls from customers with queries Training to become an advisor This role is employed, with a basic of 22k bonus (OTE 35k).
