My client - the UK’s only fully integrated provider of home phone, mobile, broadband, gas and electricity services are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team. Customer services is at the heart of everything my client does, and they always aim to deliver each one of their customers a personal experience with a warm, human touch. What you will actually do: Solving customers’ problems from start to finish helping them get back to enjoying their lives as quickly and effortlessly as possible Inbound call management: be the first point of contact for customers queries in relation to the products and services they have signed up to Problem solving: finding the right solution for customers to resolve their queries at 1st point of contact relieving the stress while guiding them to a quick and easy resolution Managing customer complaints What you will need: Customer service experience Both a 'can do' attitude and 'customer first' approach The ability to take ownership and use initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Numeracy and literacy skills A basic knowledge of Excel and Word Your starting salary will be a competitive £22,000 and you'll be eligible for a £500 increase after completing your probationary period - which is typically six months. You'll also get another increase to £23,000 six months after that. You'll be able to earn monthly bonuses too.
