Overview

A great opportunity to join a highly reputable financial services business based in Waterloo in North Liverpool. With great transport links, you will be working in modern spacious offices, be part of a small team and play an important role within the pursued growth of this business. Working part time 16-20 hours per week - structured ideally 4 hours per day. 20 days holiday and pension. Main purpose of the post: The post holder will be required to assist the case manager on all assigned cases and help deliver an excellent service to the clients. They will also be responsible for the smooth running of the office. Main Duties To be responsible for the smooth progression of cases from start to finish which will include but is not limited to producing client documentation, obtaining information and documents from clients, making sure case deadlines are met, being first point of contact for client queries/problems. These tasks will equate to around 60% of the role. To develop knowledge and skills in the area of Insolvency To share knowledge and support junior members of the team. To maintain the smooth running of the office including assistance with production of management accounts, client fee monitoring, liaising with and managing outsourced service providers - HR, IT, Compliance, In the future, you will probably be required to train and manage an apprentice administrator. Additional Duties: Undertake appropriate training and development as required. Participate in the business Performance Review and Development Scheme.
