Overview

Office365, Windows 2019, Windows 2016, AD, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Networking Urgent new permanent role to join an IT support team of 6 supporting 175 users across 2 locations. Permanent role only. Our client is not looking for a contractor but someone with 2-3 years solid experience in a permanent role Our client needs an IT support professional with broad 1st and 2nd line technical skills to join its team. The role will be varied and will involve a broad range of duties from:- Call logging / incident management Setting up Office365 accounts PC/Laptop imaging using SCCM AD Networking 3rd party relationship management Server Builds and installs The role is essentially 1st and 2nd line support with some project work and possible 3rd line work in due course but 1st and 2nd line support skills essential Some travel to Kent will be required to support the 2nd office.
