Overview
Meraki Talent are looking to appoint an Operations Administrator, ideally who has gained experience within a traditional stockbroking environment, for a 12 month Fixed Term contract within Glasgow. As part of an established team, you will be responsible for completing the required controls & checks within the team in relation to asset pricing, setup and maintenance activities. It is essential applicants have gained experience within a busy and demanding investment operations environment where they are comfortable liaising with IFA’s and Fund Managers, within a timely manner. Additionally, it is essential applicants can work quickly and accurately using various stock file databases, updating stock and making adjustments where necessary. This is a 12 month FTC, offering an immediate start. Our client pride themselves on client service and the team is instrumental in contributing to identifying improvements to enhance the experience. Ideally applicants will have gained experience within Financial Services, in particular investment operations. It is imperative applicants possesses excellent analytical skills and have an excellent working knowledge of current regulatory requirements. Apply Now Is this job for you?
