As Commis Chef you will be responsible for: Assisting with the preparation, and presentation of menu dishes for the restaurant. Assisting with buffets and banqueting food. Assisting in all aspects of Hygiene and Health and Safety, working within company Food Safety guidelines. Ensure COSHH and HACCAP guidelines are achieved and maintained throughout. Preparing food, materials and equipment in advance of service. Cleaning and resetting your working area. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to maximise self development. The Skills and Experience you need to thrive in this role You will need at least 1 years proven experience working in a high quality, fresh food Hotel or Restaurant. We are looking for someone with excellent skills to ensure you deliver the responsibilities required to do your role, you must be able to work as part of team and rise to the many challenges a successful business brings.
