Asbestos Laboratory Analyst £24,000 - £28,000 Benefits Harlow, Essex Our client is an award-winning and UKAS accredited analytical testing company that specializes in Environmental Testing, Microbiology, Waste and Asbestos. Due to a recent company expansion, they now have an opening available for an experienced Asbestos Laboratory Analyst to their state-of-the-art laboratory in Essex. To be considered for this role, it is essential that applicants possess the BOHS P401/RSPH3 certification with a minimum of 6 months experience working within a UKAS accredited laboratory. A high level of IT and numeracy skills is essential along with strong communication skills and a key eye for detail. As an Asbestos Laboratory Analyst, you will be required to carry out the analysis of bulk samples for traces of asbestos, maintain records for all laboratory procedures, participate in QC schemes and assist in maintenance programmes for analytical instrumentation.
