Overview
Conveyancing Solicitor ACS are now recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor. This role would suit an ambitious Solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career. Ideally you will be at least 2 years PQE, with lots of experience in residential conveyancing work. The successful candidate will be at least 2 years PQE, with much experience in residential conveyancing work. You will be assisting in the development of a new Conveyancing/Private Client Department Based in Warrington. You will be working with minimal supervision and will be responsible for your own caseload to include new builds, freehold, leasehold, sales & purchases transactions from instruction through to completion. Handling caseloads relating to residential conveyancing transactions; Dealing with Purchase, Transfer, Re Mortgage and Sale transactions; Liaison with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors Be able to generate your own referrals in order to create your own client base and generate further work for the firm; Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills required All Applicants will be reviewed within the next working day and successful applicants will be acknowledged within 2 working days.
