This fast growing HR consultancy is looking for commercially minded professional Senior HR Advisors / HR Generalists / HRBP's/ HR Managers to join their team as a HR Consultant providing practical and innovative Human Resources support to a number of SME's across the South East. The main purpose of the Senior HR Advisor / HR Consultant is to provide comprehensive operational and strategic HR support to Chief Executives, Trustees, Managing Directors and senior staff, advising, influencing, motivating and coaching them in the delivery of the HR aspects of their business plans. Provide accurate up to date HR advice, guidance and practical support to clients on a wide range of HR matters including: Responding to everyday queries on a wide range of employment law and best practice HR Advice and pro-active case management of employee relation problems Guidance and practical support in planning and managing organisational restructuring plans Developing and reviewing policies and procedures including writing and updating staff handbooks which reflect or develop the organisation culture and in line with legal requirements. Research and produce reports for clients on a range of matters Working with senior staff introducing or reviewing performance and reward systems Management and practical support of recruitment campaigns Devising HR strategies providing longer-term solutions Design and /or deliver, a range of training courses on-site or at client premises (desirable). This role would suit a Senior HR Generalist, HR BP or HR Manager with extensive ER experience in a complex organisation, strong employment law knowledge, change management experience, used to coaching, advising and guiding managers .CIPD Qualified level 7 (essential).
